Quality Management System

Since the beginning of Rouz Darou Pharmaceuticals Company and its establishment, the company has started its endless journey to quality and excellence due to the committed leaders and managers.

This journey began by holding public training sessions and aquittance with basic concept of quality management system. Almost all the managers and experts assisted at theses sessions. The above training has lead to a major and significant organizational change involving establishment of quality management system based on  ISO 9001 and a change in concept from duty approach to process approach. The above mentioned process has led to establishment of different kind of systems and managerial standards including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and also 10013, 10015 certificates and other quality tools.  
 
In an attempt to clarify and coordinate its operations and commitments to quality, the company designed and adopted an integrated management system by-law. This regulation outlines all coordinated and organized actions and activities designed to maintain, improve and optimize the quality of our products, performance, effectiveness of processes as well as personnel health and protection of the environment within the framework of company's processes.
