DESCRIPTION:
psyllium husk (from the plant Plantago ovata ), a
concentrated source of soluble fiber which can be used to increase one's dietary
fiber intake. When used as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol,
7g per day of soluble fiber from psyllium husk may reduce the risk of heart
disease by lowering cholesterol.
SIDE EFFECTS:
Allergic reaction to Psyllium.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Psyllium Dietary Fiber Supplement can be used as a
concentrated source of soluble fiber to increase the dietary intake of fiber.
Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber
per day from psyllium husk, as in Psyllium, may reduce the risk of heart disease
by lowering cholesterol.
Adults 12 yrs. & older: 1 dose in 8
oz of liquid 3 times daily.
NOTICE: Mix this product with at
least 8 oz (a full glass) of liquid. Taking without enough liquid may cause
choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.
How Supplied:
Each Box of Psyllium contains 10 Sachet and each Sachet
contains 7 grams of Psyllium Powder. Store
at controlled room temperature 15-30°C.
